Anne Lemaistre, la Cheffe du bureau, repr\u00e9sentante de l\\’organisation des nations unies pour l\\’\u00e9ducation, la science et la culture (Unesco), ne cache pas son inqui\u00e9tude sur de nouvelles pratiques sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux qui amplifient la d\u00e9sinformation en C\u00f4te d\u2018Ivoire.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

La premi\u00e8re responsable de l\u2019Unesco en C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire a anim\u00e9 la conf\u00e9rence inaugurale de la 9e \u00e9dition du forum des \u00e9tudiants en journalisme de l\u2019institut des sciences et techniques de la communication (ISTC-Polytechnique) (Feji 2021), le lundi 22 f\u00e9vrier 2021, dans la commune de Cocody \u00e0 Abidjan. \u00abD\u00e9sordres de l\u2019information et nouveaux enjeux de l\u2019Education aux m\u00e9dias et \u00e0 l\u2019information (Emi)<\/em> \u00bb, \u00e9tait le th\u00e8me  des \u00e9changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dans son intervention, Mme Lemaistre a soulign\u00e9 ce que son institution appelle la \\’\\’D\u00e9sinfod\u00e9mie\\’\\’ et les deep-fakes. Elle a relev\u00e9 les causes structurelles des d\u00e9sordres de l\u2019information, ses cons\u00e9quences et la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 en C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire. Elle a expliqu\u00e9 qu\u2019avec les r\u00e9seaux sociaux, tout le monde devient journaliste et peut diffuser et relayer n\u2019importe quelle information et cela sans la v\u00e9rifier. Selon elle, cela contribue \u00e0 amplifier des fausses informations (Fakes-news). \u00ab C\u2019est ce que l\u2019Unesco a appel\u00e9 la \\’\\’D\u00e9sinfod\u00e9mie\\’\\’<\/em><\/strong> \u00bb, a-t-elle pr\u00e9cis\u00e9. Par ailleurs, la repr\u00e9sentante de l\u2019Unesco \u00e0 Abidjan, a interpell\u00e9 ses auditeurs sur la gravit\u00e9 de la situation avec les deep-fakes. Ce sont les vid\u00e9os manipul\u00e9es dans lesquelles l\\’on peut dire n\u2019importe quoi sur n\u2019importe qui, et gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019application \u2018\u2019Face-swape\u2019\u2019, l\u2019on peut remplacer un visage par un autre, a-t-elle expliqu\u00e9. Selon elle, cela constitue un tr\u00e8s grand d\u00e9fi pour les hommes politiques \u00e0 qui l\\’on peut attribuer des propos sur internet. Afin de lutter contre la d\u00e9sinformation sur internet, Anne Lemaistre souhaite que l\\’\u00e9ducation aux m\u00e9dias et \u00e0 l\u2019information (Emi) ouvre la voie \u00e0 la formation des jeunes sur les dangers de l\u2019information et forme des cyber-citoyens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
