\u00c7a y est, nous sommes en octobre. Le mois d\u00e9di\u00e9 au cancer du sein. Le mois d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 la lutte, \u00e0 la sensibilisation, au d\u00e9pistage, \u00e0 l\u2019information et \u00e0 la mobilisation contre le cancer du sein. Cet \u00e9lan a \u00e9t\u00e9 lanc\u00e9 il y a 27 ans par l\u2019Association fran\u00e7aise Ruban Rose, pour faire bloc contre l\u2019avanc\u00e9e de cette maladie. En C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire, plusieurs associations et organismes se mobilisent chaque ann\u00e9e pour barrer la route \u00e0 ce mal. Octobre Rose, c\u2019est notre affaire \u00e0 toutes, \u00e0 tous\u00a0!<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le cancer, on n\u2019en mesure pas la gravit\u00e9 tant qu\u2019il ne rode pas autour de nous. Et cela, nous l\u2019avons su et compris d\u00e8s le bas, \u00e2ge, 25ans en arri\u00e8re, lorsque nous n\u2019\u00e9tions qu\u2019en classe de 6i\u00e8me<\/sup>. La maman d\u2019une amie de classe avait \u00e9t\u00e9 amput\u00e9e d\u2019un sein, du fait du cancer. Et lors d\u2019une visite \u00e0 cette amie, nous avons \u00e9t\u00e9 surpris de voir une si belle jeune femme avec un seul sein. Ainsi, notre regard d\u2019enfant est-il rest\u00e9 braqu\u00e9 sur son unique membre, nous posant une tonne de questions int\u00e9rieurement. La m\u00e8re \u00e0 notre amie a tr\u00e8s vite compris notre curiosit\u00e9 et a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de venir \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole, avec l\u2019accord de notre proviseur pour nous parler du cancer de Sein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le cancer, on n\u2019en sait pas grand-chose, tant qu\u2019on ne l\u2019a pas c\u00f4toy\u00e9 de pr\u00e8s. Une amie avec qui nous partagions beaucoup, nous informe de ses soucis au sein gauche. Alors, nous lui demandons d\u2019aller se faire d\u00e9pister. Mais ce qu\u2019elle ne nous dit pas, c\u2019est que le sein est d\u00e9j\u00e0 en train de pourrir. D\u00e8s lors, nous assistons au quotidien \u00e0 sa lutte quotidienne, \u00e0 sa souffrance face \u00e0 la chimioth\u00e9rapie, \u00e0 sa tristesse quand elle pense \u00e0 ses enfants, son \u00e9poux, ses amis, sa famille, \u00e0 sa vie qu\u2019elle sent lui \u00e9chapper. Et pourtant, elle est pleine d\u2019espoir, de foi de petites victoires qui la font jubiler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le cancer, on peut en gu\u00e9rir lorsqu\u2019on est d\u00e9pist\u00e9e \u00e0 temps. Voil\u00e0 pourquoi chaque ann\u00e9e au mois d\u2019octobre, le monde entier s\u2019unit derri\u00e8re le mouvement Ruban Rose (d\u00e9clin\u00e9 parfois sous d\u2019autres appellations, selon les associations) pour encourager les jeunes femmes \u00e0 se faire d\u00e9pister. Voil\u00e0 pourquoi au quotidien, les femmes et si possible avec le soutien de leurs hommes, sont encourag\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019autopalpation quotidiennes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cette 27i\u00e8me<\/sup> campagne de lutte contre le cancer du sein, ne doit pas s\u2019arr\u00eater au mois d\u2019octobre et au ruban rose sur nos tenues. Chaque entreprise, chaque compagnie, chaque minist\u00e8re et chaque mairie ou sous-pr\u00e9fecture doit s\u2019impliquer et s\u2019investir dans le d\u00e9pistage contre le cancer de sein, dans l\u2019information sur cette maladie, dans l\u2019aide aux malades de ce mal et cela tout au long de l\u2019ann\u00e9e. En outre, le d\u00e9pistage du cancer de sein et la mammographie doivent-\u00eatre totalement gratuits tout au long de l\u2019ann\u00e9e \u00e9galement. Si octobre est le mois attribu\u00e9 \u00e0 la lutte contre cette maladie, les malades, on en d\u00e9piste tous les jours. Alors tous en rose, pour la vie !<\/p>\n\n\n\n
