Le Comit\u00e9 Awoulaba C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire (Caci) a donn\u00e9 les grandes articulations du concours de beaut\u00e9 qui respecte les rondeurs naturelles africaines au cours d\u2019une conf\u00e9rence de presse de lancement tenu le samedi 14 mars 2026 au complexe h\u00f4telier R\u00e9sidence Niabl\u00e9 \u00e0 Abidjan-Cocody-Angr\u00e9. En plus de la comp\u00e9tition qui mettra en \u00e9vidence la plastique, l\u2019esth\u00e9tique et les courbes des candidates, l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e8nement donnera une place de choix \u00e0 l\u2019instruction de la fille d\u2019o\u00f9 le th\u00e8me : \u2018\u2019 L’\u00e9ducation de la jeune fille, un investissement pour l’avenir\u2019\u2019. Une orientation forte port\u00e9e par la pr\u00e9sidente du Caci, Reine Dokui, bien d\u00e9cid\u00e9e \u00e0 repositionner la comp\u00e9tition comme un outil de transformation sociale. \u00ab C’est plus qu’un simple concours de beaut\u00e9. Nos candidates sont les repr\u00e9sentantes du charisme de la femme africaine<\/em> \u00bb, a dit la veuve de l\u2019animateur producteur radio \u00e9m\u00e9rite Pol Dokui, pr\u00e9curseur de concours en C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A l\u2019\u00e9gard de toute comp\u00e9tition, Awoulaba C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire 2026 sera un condens\u00e9 de moments exceptionnels pendant des pr\u00e9s\u00e9lections qui sillonneront tout le pays. Il est pr\u00e9vu 22 escales qui iront du 11 avril 2026 \u00e0 Bingerville au 4 juillet 2026 simultan\u00e9ment \u00e0 Abidjan-Cocody et dans une cit\u00e9 de la r\u00e9gion du Gu\u00e9mon. La grande finale se tiendra le 18 juillet 2026 \u00e0 Abidjan. Les crit\u00e8res, eux, restent fid\u00e8les \u00e0 l\u2019esprit Awoulaba. C\u2019est-\u00e0-dire que la candidate doit \u00eatre \u00e2g\u00e9e d\u2019au moins 25 ans et 45 ans de plus, \u00eatre m\u00e8re, assumer pleinement ses formes africaines, et valoriser la beaut\u00e9 naturelle sans artifice. \u00c0 travers cette \u00e9dition, le concours confirme une chose : la beaut\u00e9 ivoirienne ne se limite plus \u00e0 l\u2019apparence, elle s\u2019affirme d\u00e9sormais comme une voix, un combat et un engagement. Ce qui donnera \u00e0 coup s\u00fbr plus qu\u2019un diad\u00e8me pos\u00e9 sur la t\u00eate de la laur\u00e9ate mais une le\u00e7on pour toute une vie. \u00ab L\u2019Awoulaba doit \u00eatre m\u00e8re et avoir un teint naturel et avec une coiffure africaine. Ses rondeurs doivent \u00eatre proportionnelles. Le concours met en \u00e9vidence les canons de la femme africaine avec sa d\u00e9marche gracieuse. Que chaque Awoulaba soit une ambassadrice de l’\u00e9ducation dans son quartier<\/em> \u00bb, a invit\u00e9 Ange Kevin Bou\u00e9, vice-pr\u00e9sident, charg\u00e9 des affaires juridiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En tout cas, au cours de la conf\u00e9rence de lancement, Mme Dokui est rest\u00e9e droit dans ses bottes. Son \u00e9v\u00e8nement n\u2019est pas qu\u2019une affaire de silhouette ou de parure, mais une vitrine de l\u2019intelligence, du leadership et des valeurs africaines. \u00ab C\u2019est une plateforme pour promouvoir l\u2019excellence et inspirer la jeunesse<\/em> \u00bb, a-t-elle insist\u00e9, appelant les candidates \u00e0 devenir de v\u00e9ritables mod\u00e8les. Elle sait g\u00e9rer le un foyer et les enfants. En somme, Awoulaba est une femme exemplaire \u00bb. La pr\u00e9sidente du Caci est revenue sur la noblesse du concours qui aboutit \u00e0 r\u00e9v\u00e9ler des \u00ab femmes respect\u00e9es et respectables \u00bb. Dans une s\u00e9quence empreinte d\u2019\u00e9motion, elle a \u00e9galement rendu hommage \u00e0 son d\u00e9funt \u00e9poux, Pol Dokui et a lou\u00e9 les partenaires fid\u00e8les qui contribuent \u00e0 faire rayonner ce concours devenu embl\u00e9matique en C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire. Cette version de la c\u00e9l\u00e9bration de la beaut\u00e9 de la femme africaine veut p\u00e9renniser l’h\u00e9ritage de Pol Dokui.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A ce lancement aussi, Natacha Mell \u00e9pouse Sokopri, Awoulaba 2025, a partag\u00e9 ses joies avec l\u2019assistance et a apport\u00e9 tout son soutien \u00e0 la comp\u00e9tition. \u00ab L\u2019Awoulaba n’est pas vulgaire. Elle est cultiv\u00e9e et maternelle. Elle sait g\u00e9rer le foyer et les enfants.
